Retinal vessel width measurement
The retinal vessels are very important for the detection of several vascular diseases,
and are the only vessels in the body clearly visible using optical techniques. However,
there are few quantitative studies of the relationships between retinal vessel features
and disease due to the practical difficulties in efficiently extracting measurements
that are consistent and precise. This project focuses on precise segmentation and
measurement of retinal vascular features.
